Established in 2000, JOSME Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. integrates R&D, production, sales, and service of eco-friendly waterborne coatings.
With a professional technical team, advanced automated production and testing equipment, and an efficient management system, we provide four major product series: engineering water paint, home decoration water paint, industrial water paint, and waterproof accessories.
Our products serve industries including construction, steel structures, automobiles, shipping, home appliances, transportation, and electricity.

History
In 1996, Mr Zhao Xiaowen, the founder of JOSME, ventured into the coatings market; JOSME ignited a spark and embarked on the early stages of exploring the industry.
JOSME was officially established in 2000; in those early days, the seeds were sown and the company gathered strength to take root.
In 2007, the company invested in a manufacturing plant within the Shangqiu High-tech Industrial Development Zone, marking a period of substantial growth in production capacity as the business began to flourish and lay a solid foundation for the future.
In 2016, the company further expanded its R&D center; its robust research and development capabilities drove a continuous rise in production capacity, leading to a significant increase in JOSME’s market share and a comprehensive enhancement of its corporate image, marking a period of rapid and flourishing growth.
In 2018, our company embarked on a digital transformation and began constructing an automated, intelligent workshop.
By 2020, the facility had achieved fully intelligent production and integrated a smart supply chain, resulting in a dramatic surge in production efficiency. Leveraging this smart factory, the company ensures precise supply.
In 2020, our company comprehensively laid out its strategy for the digital, intelligent, and green industry.
Preparations and planning for the JOSME New Materials Intelligent Industrial Park took place in 2021. The groundbreaking ceremony held on September 28, 2022, marked the transition of the blueprint for JOSME’s smart, green factory into reality.
In 2022, our company introduced Industry 4.0 technologies and integrated an industrial big data platform, laying the foundation for highly efficient production.
In March 2025, the JOSME Intelligent Industrial Park commenced operations, achieving intelligent production visualization, traceability, and smart warehousing, resulting in significant improvements in both quality and efficiency. JOSME is steadily advancing along a path toward becoming greener, smarter, and a leading national brand.
