A3: Primer isolates alkali and binds. If you miss it, you will suffer from alkali precipitation, wall discolouration, uneven colour and poor adherence. Go for all three layers.
Q4: What construction methods are available?
A4: Brush, roller, airless spray. An airless spray with a .015-.019 inch nozzle is recommended for a consistent film and less overspray.
Q5: How does it hold up to scratching?
