Antibacterial & Mildew-proof Interior Paint is an environmentally friendly acrylic emulsion including rutile titanium dioxide and a functional nano-silver-based interior wall coating that offers protection. Antibacterial Efficacy: Grade I; Mould Resistance: Grade 0 (Best Rating, ASTM G21). This water-based, low-VOC solution has excellent concealing power and scrub resistance, making it ideal for hospitals, hotels, schools, businesses, and residential settings with stringent cleaning and indoor air quality requirements.
What Makes This Paint Different from Standard Interior Paint
Standard decorative paints just provide minimal colour coverage. Antibacterial & Mildew-proof Interior Paint provides effective protection: the incorporated nano-silver denatures the bacterial intracellular protease, inhibiting microbiological growth.
Paint is passive. It requires no further disinfection beyond ordinary cleaning. It destroys fungus, including Aspergillus Niger, and prevents black mould in humid areas like bathrooms and kitchens.
Standardised grade 0 mildew resistance solves the long-standing mould problem, which causes traditional emulsion paints to mould within months of usage in humid circumstances.

Application Guide
Wall base: 21 days+ cure, moisture ≤10%, pH <10 If temperature is over 5°C operate in a well ventilated environment.
Three layers. Putty -> Primer (about. 10% water) -> Final coat (10-15% water). This offers hiding power, scrub resistance and antimicrobial efficacy.
If there is mould, remove and disinfect first.
This therapy does not repair existing colonies, it prevents new mould.
