Nano Antibacterial Interior Paint is made from nano-silver (Ag+) technology that penetrates bacterial cell membranes and denatures internal protease to stop microbial development. It is a water-based coating, has no APEO and ultra-low VOC emission, and has 26 years expertise in coating manufacture. It has a contrast rate of > 0.95 and a scrub resistance of > 20,000 cycles. Standard coverage is 0.2-0.25kg/㎡ for two finish coats, offering complete thousand-color customisation to meet the design needs of varied interior projects.
Germs and mould can develop even with regular interior paints, which provide a physical barrier alone and do not offer any antimicrobial protection. The Nano Antibacterial Interior Paint comprises 10-50 nm nano-silver particles evenly distributed in the cured layer and provides long-lasting active protection.
These particles operate on the structure and metabolism of bacterial cells and kill over 99.9% of common bacteria, moulds and fungus.
Standard biocide coatings have actives that volatise and fail. The nano-silver is securely bound in the resin matrix. Daily washing and light abrasion reveal new active particles and preserve antibacterial activity over the service life of the coating.
Nano-silver Antibacterial – Inhibits microbial reproduction and destroys bacterial cell structures at nanometre level for long-lasting wall hygiene.
APEO Free, super low VOC — Suitable for long term inhabited spaces: homes, schools, medical rooms.
Excellent scrub resistance - 20,000+ cycles per ASTM D2486, maintains film and appearance after repeated washing.
Stable concealing power – Contrast ratio > 0.95, covering base colours and minor defects.
Low odour – No strong odour during or after construction; quick occupation.
Flexible colour customisation Thousand colour matching for varied styles and demands of projects.

Full performance requires full three-layer sequential construction. If you skip a layer, you compromise the wall’s defence.
Layer 1 – Putty: 2-3 coats 1.2-2.5 kg/㎡. Levels walls, creating a flat even surface. Dilute with 35%-40% clean water.
Layer 2 – Primer: 1 coat 0.13-0.15 kg/㎡ Seals pores, isolates alkali, improves adhesion Add ~10% clean water.
Layer 3 – Antibacterial Finish: 2 coats 0.2–0.25 kg/㎡ total. Contains nano-silver antibacterial compound. Dilute with 10%-15% clean water. Compatible with brush, roller or spray.
Before Installation: Wall foundation cured minimum 21 days, pH below 10, moisture not over 10%.
Residential Spaces – Kitchens, baths, and children’s rooms; prevents mould and bacteria growth in humid situations
Schools & Kindergartens – Classrooms and activity spaces require regular cleaning. Cycle scrub resistance of 20,000+ keeps walls clean during everyday cleaning.
Hotels & Office Buildings – Meets tidy decorating & surface hygiene needs for guest rooms, lobbies and hallways. The colours may be customised to the design styles.
Healthcare & Public Facilities – Hospital waiting rooms, corridors and treatment rooms are clean immediately after cleaning.
Food Processing Spaces – It prevents the growth of microbes on damp condensing walls fulfilling hygienic standards for food processing and storage.

Three-stage quality control for all batches Antibacterial (ISO 22196:2011) Nano-silver dispersion and leaching Scrub (ASTM D2486) testing and batch sample retention ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, China Environmental Labelling and China Green Nano Antibacterial Interior Paint certification.

Q1: Is antibacterial action weakened by cleaning?
A1: No. Cleaning merely eliminates surface dust. New active components are exposed, providing continuing protection.
Q2: Dilution and consumption in the standard way?
A2: Putty: Water content 35%~40%, 1.2~2.5 kg/㎡, 2~3 times. Primer : Water ~ 10% , 0.13-0.15 kg/㎡ , 1 coat. Finish: 10-15% water, 0.2-0.25 kg/㎡, 2 coats. Humidity under 85% at above 5° C.
Q3: How is it constructed?
A3: Brush, roller, spray. Follow putty-primer-finish sequence, manage dilution, check wall base for moisture and pH.
Q4: How does it differ from normal anti-mold paint?
A4: Conventional paints contain surface fungicides that evaporate. Nano-silver is included in the formula so that each time you put on the film, fresh active elements are exposed.
Q5: Is the cured film suitable for indoor use?
A5: Nano-silver is encased in resin, no free precipitation. Occupied Space Ultra Low VOC, APEO-Free Formulation
