JOSME developed Inorganic Mineral Coating with liquid nano inorganic silicate as the major film forming raw material. Through the reaction of silicification, the coating enters the capillary pores of cement substrates and chemically bonds to concrete to produce stable insoluble calcium silicate structures. Unlike typical surface wall coatings, this product integrates with the wall substrate to produce a protective layer. It is suitable for wall construction projects of hospitals, schools, tunnels and different commercial structures with ultra-low VOC, Class A non-combustible performance and high water vapour permeability.
Regular latex paint can only create separate organic films on the surface of the wall. Inorganic Mineral Coating is a silicate based mineral coating that fuse bonds to mineral substrates through the silicification reaction.
The internal nano inorganic silicate adhesive enters into the pores of concrete and masonry and combines with base ingredients to generate compact calcium silicate substances. The integrated chemical bonding structure minimises common wall issues like as peeling, blistering and delamination caused by standard surface coatings.
Silicate mineral coatings have steady structural performance and are commonly required for long-term usage in public infrastructure projects, taking the place of traditional organic resin paints.

Class A Non-Combustible – Class A fire rating. Do not burn in open flame or emit poisonous gas. Fire safety rules for public buildings.
Breathable and Moisture-Resistant - Open-pore structure, Sd below 0.01 m. Internal moisture is vaporised easily, eliminating dampness, efflorescence and substrate damage.
Antibacterial & Mildew-Resistant – Maintains a high alkaline pH of 11.0-12.0, discouraging mould, fungal and bacterial growth without need for additional biocides.
UV Stability & Weather Resistance – Stabilised in colour by inorganic mineral pigments under UV. Mineral substrates are matched to reduce possibility of cracking due to thermal expansion.
Ultra-Low VOC - less than 5 % organic additives, silicate paint, DIN 18363. Supports LEED & BREEAM indoor environmental quality credits.
Mechanical Durability & Colour Retention – Chemically bonded structure resists abrasion, fading and colour variation without organic elastic resins.
Inorganic Mineral Coating is used in high-standard public and commercial buildings with stringent criteria for fire protection, environmental protection, and durability:
Medical & Healthcare – Natural antibacterial properties, super low VOC and breathable structure to suit hospital, clinic and sterile space regulations.
Civil Infrastructure- Chemical bonding resists carbonation and moisture erosion in tough settings for tunnels, subways and subterranean parking.
Education & Public Buildings Class A fire resistant, low emission and easy to maintain for schools and municipal offices.
Industrial & Commercial – Meets fire safety requirements, offering solid wall protection for long-term use.

Q1: What are the normal construction conditions?
A1: Temperatures above 5°C, humidity below 85%. No rain, no snow, no wind. Store in a cool, dry place at 5°C-35°C.
Q2: What kind of projects suit its Class A fire rating?
A2: Projects where fire requirements are compulsory: schools, hospitals, industrial facilities, commercial offices, tunnels, metro, subterranean parking. No harmful gas emission and no combustion open fire.
Q3. Why is it appropriate for medical spaces?
A3: Breathable open pore construction to prevent moisture and mould. High-alkali property occurs naturally and prevents microorganisms without chemical additions. Ultra low VOCs Meets sterile medical indoor air requirements.
Q4: Can it be placed directly over old organic paint?
A4: Not advisable. Remove the existing layer of organic paint, or use a specific mineral primer to assure chemical compatibility with the substrate.
Q5: How does it help in green building certification?
A5: Ultra low VOC and low organic content 100% inorganic mineral raw materials may contribute toward indoor environmental quality and material credits in LEED and BREEAM, subject to official evaluation.
