Water-based Fluoropolymer Coating is synthesised by fluorine-containing acrylic emulsion and compounded with different functional additives. It is applicable for a series of high-standard architectural facade projects. The coating is based on the stable C-F chemical bond molecular framework, which gives UV resistance, anti-staining performance, water resistance and acid rain resistance. It enables solid colour and metallic pearl finish effects, and is commonly used in high-end office buildings, star hotels, and outdoor thermal insulation surface finishing.
The product is supplied in 20kg drums and the colour and packaging solution may be customised to suit the requirements of different projects.
Water-based Fluoropolymer Coating Water is used as the dispersion medium instead of organic solvents. During development and drying of the paint film, the internal water evaporates and forms a compact and chemically inert fluoropolymer paint layer on the wall surface.
The product has stable molecular characteristics, due to the C-F chemical bond structure. Its structure will let the paint layer last longer against UV ageing, chemical degradation and outside weather effect than the typical pure acrylic coating.
The solution is water-based, controls low VOC emissions and complies with the environmental protection criteria of current building sites.

1. UV resistance using fluorine compound: UV blocking, gloss and colour stabilisation outdoors. Fluorine content. Reduces the yellowing, fading and chalking of polyester and acrylic coatings.
2. Compact Film, Low Surface Tension: Tight film, water contact angle >100°, low surface tension. Anti-staining keeps the walls clean and reduces cleaning work.
3. Weather & Acid Rain Proof: Resistant to sunshine, rain, acid rain and temperature fluctuations. Prolongs life of external walls, lowers maintenance frequency.
4. Decorative Effects Premium: The optional metallic formula offers the natural pearl lustre, which may satisfy the demands of ornamentation and solid protection for high-end projects.
All manufacturing batches are subject to three-stage quality control: raw material arrival inspection, in-process monitoring and completed Water-based Fluoropolymer Coating performance testing. Samples are retained for each batch for long term records to ensure consistent colour, particle size and coating performance for repeat orders.
Core tests include worldwide standards such as ASTM D3359 cross-cut adhesion, ASTM B117 salt spray, DSC/TGA curing detection, eddy current dry film thickness and Taber abrasion. B2B project review test reports are provided.

Q1: What makes it different from regular exterior paint?
A1: Fluorine in base of acrylic emulsion. The film is more resistant to its environment than conventional acrylic exterior paints, the strong C-F bond resists deterioration by UV and chemicals.
Q2: Advantages for outdoor weathering of fluorine formula?
A2: Stabilises colour and gloss. It resists yellowing and fading from sunlight, rain, acid rain and temperature change.
Q3: What kind of final effects it can do?
A3: We provide two finishes: basic colour and metallic pearl lustre. High-End Architecture Facades Metallic Outfits.
Q4: Waterborne or solvent-based fluoropolymer?
A4: Equal chemical and wear resistance after full cure. Reduce VOC emissions using water-based products, safety on site.
Q5: What are the standard storage requirements?
A5: Cool, dry, 5-35°C Fluoropolymer particles coagulate below 5°C and degrade performance.
