It is an interior paint that is Moisture-proof & Mildew-resistant Interior Paint created from an eco-friendly acrylic emulsion base that creates a compact and stable coating. It is resistant to fading and to typical mould on interior walls. It inhibits moisture vapour penetration.
Performance: 0 mildew resistance (ASTM D3273), 5,000+ scrub cycles, VOC <30 g/L It is intended for wide area use in high humidity interiors with a normal usage of 0.2-0.25 kg/㎡.
What Sets This Paint Apart from Standard Interior Latex Paint
They peel and swell with alkali, get mould in moist places. Moisture-proof & Mildew-resistant Interior Paint is designed to solve these failure problems.
The SD value of the cured film is less than 0.14 m. This vapour permeable construction allows the moisture in the wall to escape slowly, so that it does not build up between coating and substrate and therefore guarantees the durability of the wall foundation.
It also undergoes particular testing against common indoor moulds such as Aspergillus niger and Penicillium, which grow in poorly ventilated damp conditions.

Q2: How is it different from regular interior latex paint?
A2: Regular latex is only a decoration. It provides a dense vapour permeable film with excellent moisture-proof and mildew-proof properties for humid situations that regular coatings can't deal with.
Q3: Can you paint right over mouldy walls?
A3: No, any existing mould should be cleaned and disinfected first. This covering prevents the mould from coming back again, but it does not kill the mould spores already in the wall foundation.
Q4: Can it fix wall leaks and damp rising?
A4: Not resistant to interior moisture and vapour, will not withstand continuous water pressure from structural leaks. Professional waterproof membrane construction is the first step to fix leaking walls.
