JOSME High-strength Vitrified Tile Adhesive is polymer modified cementitious bonding adhesive for low water absorption vitrified tiles (below 0.5%). It is produced from cement, refined quartz sand, high-molecular polymer and modified additives and has a tensile adhesion over 1.0 MPa after initial curing, water immersion, heat ageing and freeze-thaw conditions. Best for wall, floor, bathroom, kitchen and big format stone tile work. Provides 95-100% complete mortar coverage and decreases tile hollowing by more than 80% compared to traditional materials
High-strength Vitrified Tile Adhesive tiles are solid and smooth with hardly any pores. The common cement adhesives work via mechanical penetration into the pores. They are not of any use on tiles which have no pores. Poor tile-substrate contact, interior hollowing, and cracking or collapsing in moist and high-traffic areas are caused by long-term usage. There is no way to fix these flaws by changing the way it is built . There is a recipe made for pros to use on non-porous surfaces that is dependable .

Stable Bonding ISO 13007 C2TE, more stable than C1, tensile adhesion ≥1.0 MPa during water immersion, heat ageing and freeze-thaw.
Back-buttering results in 95-100% covering with no air pockets and less hollowing.
Anti-slip: Large format vitrified tiles are fixed in position; vertical movement is less than 0.5 mm.
Durable: resistant to water, alkali and weather, suitable for humid or changeable temperature locations.
Low-VOC: Meets indoor air quality standards.
Residential Interiors: Bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, decorative walls. Large format stone and vitrified tiles.
High-Traffic Commercial: Public venues, shopping areas, airports; withstands high loads and vibration.
High-rise building facades: S1 resists peeling and cracking caused by wind and warmth.
Humidity & Variable Temperature: Perfect for pools, saunas and spas.

Each batch is fully quality checked before delivery:
Raw Materials Quartz sand grading and purity of cement for consistent performance and to avoid efflorescence.
In-Process: Workability, Consistency of Mix, and Ratio of Water Demand
Setting Time: Initial/Final setting standard by Vicat needle test.
Bond Strength: Tensile pull off test for genuine adhesion.
Anti Slip: Wall tiles with vertical displacement less than 0.5 mm
Sample Retention: To track particle size and performance.
All goods meet with C2TE S1 before shipping.

Q1: Why do ordinary tile adhesives cause hollowing on vitrified tiles?
A1: Vitrified tiles have dense non-porous surfaces with ultra-low water absorption. Ordinary adhesives rely on pore penetration for bonding, which cannot fit this material feature. This professional adhesive forms chemical bonding on tile surfaces, reducing hollowing rate by over 80%.
Q2: Will large vitrified tiles slide during wall installation?
A2: The High-strength Vitrified Tile Adhesive controls vertical displacement within 0.5 mm. Large-format tiles can be fixed stably without sagging or shifting during and after construction.
Q3: What are the actual construction advantages compared with ordinary adhesives?
A3: It achieves 95%–100% full mortar coverage with lower hollowing risk. It provides stable anti-slip performance for wall tiles and maintains long-term bonding stability in multiple complex environments.
Q4: Is tile-on-tile renovation construction supported?
A4: Yes. With complete surface degreasing and polishing treatment, the high-polymer formula can form stable bonding on existing glazed tile surfaces.
Q5: How does high temperature affect construction and storage?
A5: Ambient temperature above 35°C will shorten the open time. It is recommended to complete paving within the valid construction window. Product storage should be kept between 5°C and 35°C in dry conditions.
