C90 Easy-apply Tile Adhesive is a polymer modified cement based bonding adhesive for tile installation interior and exterior. The product is made from high purity Portland cement, graded silica sand and redispersible polymer powder, and has tensile adhesion strength ≥1.0 MPa in the dry, wet, heat and freeze-thaw test conditions. It has a vertical slide regulated within 0.5 mm and up to 30 min open duration. It replaces the standard cement mortar and successfully reduces the possibility of hollowing of tiles and enhances the overall efficiency of laying tiles on building sites.
In a high temperature climate, the tiles laid with conventional cement mortar are easy to hollow, wall tiles are easy to droop and the surface is easy to skin. These building challenges are solved with an optimised formula and structural design – C90 Easy-apply Tile Adhesive.
The product has consistent and smooth texture, simple to distribute, matched with rheology modifiers. It can fully cover the rear sides of tiles and decrease construction labour fatigue, which helps stabilise the installation structure of heavy floor tiles and outside wall tiles. It is classified as S1 deformable adhesive, absorbs small thermal expansion and structural displacement of substrates to prevent tile debonding, which is suitable for long-term outdoor usage and large-format tile building situations.

Stable Bonding in Multiple Environments Tensile adhesion over 1.0 MPa following dry curing, water immersion, heat ageing and freeze-thaw cycles per EN 1348 - stable for indoor and outdoor applications.
Thin-Layer Construction: For 3–6 mm thin-layer application, saving material per square metre, while ensuring reliable adhesion to solid, approved substrates.
Extended Open Time: With 30 minutes of open time you have plenty of time to make adjustments to tile arrangement. Ideal for large commercial floors and facade construction demanding high precision.
Simple Water Mixing: Dilute simply with clean water in the usual quantity. Adding cement, sand or any other unauthorised ingredient changes the ratio, which reduces the binding strength and causes tile hollowing.
Low-VOC Water-Based Water-based manufacture with low VOC, fulfilling emission control criteria for green construction projects.
Ceramic Tiles, Porcelain Tiles and Natural Stone on sturdy interior and exterior substrates:
Walls & Floors – Concrete & Cement Mortar
Plaster walls, brick flooring
Solid ancient cement mortar foundation (first remove loose powdery layers)
Tile-on-tile refurbishment (degreasing and polishing existing tiles first)
Ideal for locations of frequent temperature variations and laying of big format tiles with S1 deformability and extended open time - for external walls, commercial floors and areas of frequent wet-dry alternation.

All production batches undergo systematic testing with unified inspection standards:
Tensile Adhesion Strength: Tested per EN 1348
Open Time: Tested per EN 1346
Slip Resistance: Tested per EN 1308
Transverse Deformation: Tested per EN 12002
We also inspect setting time and shrinkage rate of each batch to lower cracking risks during curing and ensure consistent on-site construction effects.

Export-grade reinforced packaging is available for long-distance ocean shipping, providing protection against leakage and moisture ingress during transit.

Q1: Will thin-layer construction affect tile bonding stability?
A1: On firm and qualified substrates, 3–6 mm thin-layer construction will not weaken bonding strength. Standard construction operations can effectively reduce tile hollowing and ensure long-term stability.
Q2: Can it be used for renovation on old cement mortar walls?
A2: Yes. It is applicable to stable old mortar bases. Loose, sandy and peeling layers must be removed first, and interface treatment is required for weak substrates before tiling.
Q3: Is tile-on-tile construction available with this adhesive?
A3: Yes. The high-polymer formula fits low-porosity tile surfaces. Degreasing and mechanical polishing of the original tile surface are required to ensure adhesion effect.
Q4: What is the valid pot life after mixing?
A4: The mixed mortar retains 2–3 hours of usable time at 25°C. High temperature, direct sunlight and strong wind will shorten the pot life, which needs attention during construction.
Q5: Is primer required before construction?
A5: Primer is necessary for highly absorbent substrates such as gypsum boards and aerated concrete, to avoid rapid water loss causing incomplete curing and insufficient bonding strength.
